Community Health Plan of Washington is a not-for-profit health plan founded in 1992 by a network of community and migrant health centers in Washington State.

  • 263 affiliate providers operating 499 sites
  • 596 total primary care clinics and provider offices covering all 39 Washington State counties

Health care programs:
Community Health Plan of Washington offers affordable health insurance coverage through numerous public programs under contract with the State of Washington. The health plan is the largest provider of the Basic Health and the sixth largest insurer (commercial or nonprofit) in Washington State.
