General Claims System Information

Your HIP password must have 6-30 characters and must start with an alphabetical character. The HIP password is not case sensitive.

Important: If you have been an Adaptis Connect user, you were already issued a HIP user ID and a default password. Please check with the former Adaptis Connect contact at your site, who has been provided a list of HIP user IDs and passwords.
