5.2 Upgrade
Tuesday, January 3rd, the Care Management Portal will be significantly improved as we move from version 4.5 to 5.2.
Portal interruption: Friday, December 30th at 3pm, the current portal will be closed as we perform the upgrade.
The new Care Management Portal will provide:
- MCV — new Member-Centric View.
- Visual improvements — More information, simple links, clear alerts and new at-a-glance indicators.
- Behind-the-scenes enhancements—Stronger application that allows us to process your online requests even faster.
